Had a great stay here! The rooms were extremely spacious for the price paid — clean, comfortable, and just what I needed after a long day at work. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. I casually mentioned to the staff that I was struggling to get food delivery apps to work as a foreigner, and even though it was already an hour past the kitchen’s last call, they still offered to cook me a meal on the spot. Honestly, Saudi hospitality at its finest. Felt genuinely touched by the kindness. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is generally good and I recommend it, although I was given a Window-less room. Clean room with all necessary amenities available.
About 20 25min from the airport the hotel is a good value for money. Minutes away from.the balad district (unesco protected site), the hotel is enjoyable for business and leisure stays. The hospital staff is warm and helpful too
We had a wonderful stay! The coffee was excellent, thanks to Barista Anwar’s skill and warm service. Mahdi, the bellman, was also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Both made our experience even more enjoyable!

The room service team truly deserves special recognition—they were prompt, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request especially in the first floor. The hotel’s interior was beautifully designed, creating a cozy and elegant ambiance. Every detail, from the décor to the cleanliness, was well-maintained. Additionally, any needs or requests were addressed as soon as possible, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return for another stay!
The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold enough, the internet was fast enough, the breakfast was rich, and it was close to the beach. Other flaws can be ignored.
